The entire fauxrumors gang headed down to San Diego this past weekend to take part in Gay Pride 2008 (July 19/20). It was an amazing celebration of the lifestyle that we here at fauxrumors embrace and love.
Parades, parties, games and rallies, it was truly an amazing event. I was impressed with the number of out of the closet people there are out there, and from how far a way many of them traveled to take part. We met people from all over Canada and the United States, Australia, Mexico, and various parts of Europe, including Scandanavian Hottie Sven!
I found it very interesting (and convenient) that some of the small motels in the parade area were offering half hour room rates! I have always heard stories about such things but never have seen them, or had the opportunity to take advantage of them.

And now, time to rest. It is a little difficult to sit right now, things are a little tender there from all the activity, but in a few days I will have the time to sit and type out some more of the crazy hockey rumors I am hearing.
