Our many sources tell us that now that the 'Dumont sweep stakes' is over look for Carter and a couple of the other remaining unsigned players to be snatched up in the upcoming days. The teams that were spurned by Dumont, may now up their pursuit of Carter. Perhaps his waiting it out will pay off and he'll get that multi year deal he's been seeking all summer. Right now the front runners are Detroit and LA, but don't be at all surprised to see a return to the east if those teams drop out, though right now the most chatter is coming from the Motor City

I should call you Eklund as you are simply repeating his information
I don't read his silly site.
The likely cause of any similarity is:
1) He gets most of his 'rumors' by reading other blogs. Mine may now be on his list of 'must reads'
2) If he does have sources,(which i doubt) we may have the same ones telling us the same things.
BTW, I bet if you looked back and compare our blogs, we were the first to come out and say that Montreal was NOT in the running for Dumont!
We also had Tanabe in Carolina way BEFORE anyone else
i am thinking that detroit is going to sign carter, as a response to the preds signing dumont. the wings haven't adressed the loss of offence form shanny bolting to the rangers, so if they want to compete with the preds holland might have to sign carter... not sure if he is the answer, but the preds look like the class of that division...the wings are going to have to do something.
